To sell a vehicle to us, you must:

3. Quotes and Final Valuation
- All quotes are estimates based on details provided by the customer
- Final cash offer is confirmed after physical inspection at pickup
- We reserve the right to revise or cancel a quote if the vehicle’s condition differs from the description
- Cash or electronic payments are made on the spot upon collection
4. Free Car Removal and Towing
- Towing is provided free of charge within Osborne Park and surrounding areas
- The vehicle must be accessible and safe to remove
- Towing and removal may be declined if access is blocked or hazardous
- We are not liable for any damage caused by circumstances outside our control during pickup
5. Transfer of Ownership
By accepting payment, you:
- Transfer full legal ownership of the vehicle to Car Removals Osborne Park
- Authorise us to dispose of, recycle, or resell the vehicle
- Agree that all future responsibility and liability for the vehicle is waived
We may assist with notifying the WA Department of Transport of the vehicle disposal.
6. Used Parts and Warranties (If Applicable)
- All used parts are sold as-is, unless otherwise specified
- No warranties apply unless provided in writing
- Refunds or exchanges will only be granted in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law
